Way to go! As a NaNo Novelist, I can say that writing is a scary thing, but it’s so liberating to have a completed first draft when it’s over. Not that I’m saying you should finish in 30 days. Write something good, for cripe’s sake

I think it’s awesome you’re moving forward on this and would love to help when you need it. I enjoy reading but I am can also critique quite well, lol.  If you’d like my perspective when the time comes, feel free to ask.

Diz: 30 days? *gulp* Uh no thanks. I’ll be lucky to have most of it done in little over a year. And I definitely will need a copy editor. I’m tucking you away for when I need you.

Well of course you’re nuts!  But that’s part of the joy of writing.  And, to be honest, you’ll be shredding and tossing a lot.  Your garbage can is your new, best friend.  All that aside, write because you enjoy it.  If you worry too much about the HOW of it, then it’s no more fun.
